I went to Walmart for the umpteenth time looking for wire hangers because, having limited closet space, those take up the least amount of room. Devastated because they still didn't have any on the shelf, I decided to ask a nearby worker if she happened to know when they would be getting them in. She kindly informed me of the bad news...Walmart was no longer selling wire hangers! After we thanked the worker for her help, she began walking away but suddenly stopped in her path, turned around, and approached us once more and began telling us how she and her husband had a bunch of wire hangers they recycled from dry cleaning, and she then proceeded to ask me if I would like to have them! Overjoyed, I told her I would love to have them if it wasn't too much trouble, and after picking the hangers up, my heart was all smiles as I was reminded how easily she could have refrained from offering me the hangers and continued on with her busy schedule, but she didn't! Instead, she blessed a college girl in more ways than one can imagine! God never ceases to amaze me, for He so often uses the tiniest of situations as an opportunity to pour blessings on others, and she sure poured them on me today! God can use us at anytime to shine the light of Christ on others! We just have to be ready to be used, and I am so thankful for the loving spirit of that sweet Walmart worker! God is so good to us!
