Caitlyn's Final Check-In

On March 26th, 2014, our beloved classmate, Caitlyn Jones, was called home. My heart aches as I think of our loss, but my heart also rejoices as I am reminded of Heaven's gain. Caitlyn refused to allow her circumstances to get the best of her. If she wanted to do something, she did it, and she did it to the best of her ability. When she danced, we danced. When she laughed, we laughed. When she smiled, we smiled. Knowing Caitlyn was an honor, and it was a privilege getting to stand next to her on the White Oak Drum Line, for she "marched to the beat of her own drum." Caitlyn was one of Neal McCoy's angels but now...now she is one of God's angels! No more surgeries, no more appointments! She has "checked in" for the last time, except THIS time, Caitlyn has checked into her final "appointment" with God in HEAVEN! You were beautifully and wonderfully made, and God's work has been completed. You will be missed dearly, Caitlyn, but we will see you again some day! Now...go dance, girl, dance! We love you, always.
